Suggest Treatment For Persistent Itching On The Scalp

Question: I have been having an itchy scalp for a little over a year now. When I feel my hairline or scalp sometimes there are hard bumps like sesame seeds that come out. What is this? I also feel like my hairline is receding.

Thanks for the query and photographs.
You have developed folliculitis of scalp.
It is a type of fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid shampoo like Flucinolone to be used twice a week for a month and ketoconazole shampoo to be used once a week.
This combination works well.
You can try this.
Receding of frontal hair line can be due to nutritional deficiency to hair.
You can take biotin tablet 10 mg daily for 6 months.
