Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Based on your description , the pain is most likely non cardiac and is related to Dyspepsia/GERD. However one needs to rule out the heart just to be sure. EKG can be done to rule out a cardiac cause. For now Prilosec dose can be repeated along with hyoscine butylbromide. PPIs like esomeprazole along with sucralfate, metoclopramide and bismuth subsalicylate can be advised for two weeks. If no empiric improvement is found within 48 hours then x ray erect abdomen, ultrasound abdomen should also be done.
The above measures must be taken after consulting your doctor.
