Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/46 - tiredness throughout the day - pain in wrists, fingers and legs - leg pains on long standing - cramps in hands and feet - urination on coughing - prone to acidity - investigations on 5th April 2016 noted as well as the current medications...
5th April 2016 is one year back, hence you need to repeat all the relevant investigations now as you are suffering now to have better correlation.
Noted all the complaints that you have put-in.
The symptoms of tiredness, pains as explained by you can be due to a long list of diseases or disorders such as Heat stroke, Vitamin D and other deficiencies, Rheumatic problems, anxiety and stress related such as fibromyalgia and so on.
Hence I would advise you to have the Packaged investigations as done by Thyrocare Lab so that almost all the factors are covered; also ask to add on RA factor, ESR, Widal for Typhoid and other tests as would be advised by your Doctor/ Physician on actual examination and evaluation.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole and antacids as and when necessary for acidity related problems.
Urination on coughing is called stress incontinence and needs evaluation by your Gynecologist as well as Urologist to know the exact cause and management as may be indicated by the clinical examination and investigations.
So let us get the actual basis of the problems hence get the proper diagnosis so that targeted management can be given.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
