Brief Answer:
He requires proper Antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX

Greeting from Dr. Divakara.P
First of all thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic for posting your query.

First of all never take Eldopar . It can complicate things . Now let me know how many times per day he is having loose motions?

Does he have Vomiting or Pain Abdomen or Fever?

Loose motions could be either due to Viral inffection or bacterial infection of the gut . Most of the viral infection will resolve by itself in 2-3 days so it seems more likely to be Bacterial infection.

Bacterial infection will resolve if proper antibiotic is taken. Though he has taken antibiotic it may not be the proper one . So I need to know what antibiotic was given to him and in what dose and for how many days he has taken ?

Kindly revert back with details asked .

Thanks for your reply Dr.
He is having loose motion 5-7 per day. No vomiting or abdomen pain or fever. He consumed N.B.Plus for 2 times.

Brief Answer:
N.B. Plus is not antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for the follow up .

N.B Plus is not a antibiotic , it's a probiotic . I would advice him to start Tab Orni-O ( this is an antibiotic ) and also Redotil . Kindly get a prescription for this from your doctor and use it .

Also get a test called Stool Routine and Stool Culture Sensitivity.

Continue drinking ORS and other fluids like water , tender coconut water and fruit juice.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .

Regards.
