Brief Answer:
Go in NOW.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ms. XXXX,

The point at which to go in is right now. You are at considerable risk for dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.

An ER might be the better choice. There they can usually get blood work done more quickly. They should check your electrolytes and also a CBC to assess for infection. You will need an IV for fluid replacement, and most likely they will include potassium as that is the main electrolyte that is lost when there is vomiting or diarrhea.

Sometimes getting an IV and antidiarrheal medicine is all that is needed to shut down the continued cycle.

It's possible that your immune system was not able to address whatever bacteria or toxins were in the oysters, or perhaps you got one that was bad.

I would be happy to write more after you are evaluated, but I don't want to delay your going in. When you go in, be sure to tell the triage person (the person who decides how soon you should be seen) that you have not been able to keep anything in for 13 hours and are now very weak.

I hope there is someone who can drive you to the ER. If not, an ambulance can help.
