not diabetic or pre-diabetic..blood tests normal
stool norm with no blood
another symptom, heartburn/mild reflux was controlled by prilosec
However for past 18 months when all symptoms started, continious waking up with nausa and after first meal of day there is build up of pressure in back eventually also expanding to abdomen ( no bloating observed ). But upon waking and staying on back in bed no pressure feeling ..that only which starts after first eating.
Hi Dr
Following up on your diabetic question. In XXXXXXX 2015 my blood work was normal. In January 2016 bloodwork my a1c was slightly above normal but I was told I was not diabetic or pre-diabetic as my glucose was under 100. I was told to reduce sugar intake
I always had frequent urination. And I have not been losing weight
However during my May dental cleaning routine xrays were taken and abcesses
requiring cleanout/treatment were found under my front lower teeth. I had no pain or symptoms from these abcesses so it was a XXXXXXX I will be treating this dental matter this month

Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Nausea, heartburn and pressure building up in the abdomen could all indicate gastroparesis. A gastric emptying scan may be done to confirm it.
You may get benefited with prokinetic medications ( like levosulpiride. itopride, Reglan etc) along with Prilosec.
Discuss with your doctor about the test and about taking prokinetic medications.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
