Question: I have been nauseous for three days. No other symptoms. No chance of pregnancy.

Nausea can occur due to many reasons and not only due to pregnancy. The underlying cause needs to be evaluated and a clinics examination is needed for the same. As of now, taking some antiemetic like ondansetron should help in resolution of the problem.
