Brief Answer:
Both the pains are not related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The persistent pain in your ankle is not related to the pain in the wrist. Inadequate rest and treatment is the cause of persistent pain in the ankle. It suggests that the injury that you had has not yet healed properly. You need to give your ankle a rest, use an elastic brace after consulting an orthopedician. An X-ray may be needed to rule out any hairline fracture.
The pain in the wrist is likely to be due to tendonitis- inflammation of tendons. You need to give it some rest for a while, use hot fomentation twice a day and local ointment for pain relief. Avoid gripping and lifting objects altogether. Keep it in most comfortable position or use a splint/crepe bandage most of the time (including at night) for best results. Watch for worsening of symptoms like increase in pain, appearance of swelling and tingling numbness in fingers. If you get any of these, visit your physician and get a check up done followed by investigations like X ray or MRI.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Low D3 levels can cause bone pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You have low levels of vitamin D3. This can be the cause of persistent bone pain. You can start taking proper vitamin D3 supplements and in case the pain persists then get an X-ray of the ankle and MRI scan of the wrist done to find the exact problem.
Hope my answer is helpful.
