Question: Dear sir,
I have right side testicle pain from long time,
Right side testicle to right side stomach nerve paining lot please suggest me what treatment can I take

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have chronic pain in Rt testicle refereed to stomach.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary complains?
2) Do you have pain associated with vomiting ?
3) Is your Rt Testicle swollen and large as compared to left one ?

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of scrotum.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

When paining lot I feel vomiting but I can't vomit
No swelling
It is less then left side it dragged little up
