Brief Answer:
thorough investigations required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Before suspecting this as Raynaud's , it's extremely important that you should do some tests to rule out blood circulation insufficiency. So you should get Doppler ultrasound or CT angiography done to see the condition of you blood vessels.

Other causes include nutritional and electrolyte imbalance such as magnesium, potassium or calcium or even high blood sugar levels.

So it would be good to check these as well. Please discuss these with your doctor.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish you good health.
Regards
