Suggest Treatment For Persistent Palpitations After Alcohol Intake

i had some pvcs. for the next couple of days i had some in the morning and night. the mostly went away by the 3'rd day.
Then i got really stressed on the fifth day and i have had them for the past two weeks sometimes 5 a minute for a few hours some hours nothing. I had normal echo, 100 ekgs and a normal stress test.
I live in las vegas and had slightly low potassium 3.2 yesterday. i also checked last week and when my potassium was 3.8 i has the most pvc's not sure if related. i have been doing an hour of cardio a day and have been sweating a lot.
Here is the question: It seems like the pvcs happen when i tense my chest and stomach. when i start doing that i feel like i get pvcs. after i tense a lot my body starts tensing a lot and more pvcs. is that possible that pvcs
can start from tensing stomach and chest?
I am worries that this could be clogged arteries. I have been to ER 30 times and they do not take me serious anymore.

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
First of all you should know that PVCs are harmless in a patients with otherwise normal heart (on cardiac echo and stress test). Appart from discomfort and distress PVCs can't cause any harm to you.
Secondly distending the chest and abdomen wall may trigger palpitations and PVCs because by doing so the heart comes closure to chest wall and stomach making you feel heart beats (palpitations) triggering this way PVCs.
This is why you should stop triggering arrhythmia because this increase anxiety levels, adrenaline release contributing to more and more PVCs.
Thirdly you should take electrolyte especially Magnesium supplements in order to reduce the number of PVCs.
Finally you should continue with a healthy lifestyle and sport.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

What is the chance this is clogged arteries?

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Excessive sweating during training combined with a diet low in Potassium is the cause of low Potassium levels (32 mmol/l).
You should stay calm and relaxed there's no chance that such a fiding be associated with clogged arteries.
