Suggest Treatment For Persistent Phimosis
Question: I am an long distance trucker. For about 3 years now I have been dealing with a urological issue.
My phimosis went through the usual stages getting progressively worse. I am afraid I have been neglegent so far as treatment. in the early stages I irrigated under prepuce using hydrogen peroxide, but to no avail. Now two days ago the phimosis opening shut completed and the turgid balloon is affecting my prepuce but urine seems to be entering my scrotum. It's very enlarged

As an Urologist,i can fully understand and share your concern.
You should get examined by an Urologist urgently.
From your description,you seen to have a severe phimosis.
It can get further infected, if you leave it as such.
The simplest treatment and cure for your problem, is to get circumcised.
You'll need:1. routine blood tests,, sugar, creatinine,LFT,coagulation profile.
2.VRRL,HIV,HbsAg
In case the scrotum has got infected, you'll need a course of antibiotics, before doing the circumcision.
