Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sore Throat Despite Trying Various Remedies

Question: My 6yo son has a sore thoat. He had it for about 2 months. Gave him everything from Cepacol to Honey with Lemon. Nothing worked. At some point he had some Thrush before, I do not know if it was related. Now when we touch his throat he says it hurts. Its not strep throat , xray showed nothing and had the camera in the troat didnt show anything either. he has a small lump on the right side of his next, i don't know if it's lymph node that's swollen or something else. Please help Im at the end of my rope

From the complaints it seems to be tonsillitis with lymph node swelling in the neck.
Please send me the picture of his throat after opening the mouth and pressing the tongue with a spoon.

i cannot quite see it in the picture but he has black/gray lines on his uvula and around it. i thought he has tonsillitis but his tonsils looks fine
