Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Cramps, Nausea And Headaches

It can be acute gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.
Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are suffering from an acute attack of gastroenteritis. It can be due to some food poisoning or due to water contamination. You may need to have a course of antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin along with Metronidazole and antispasmodic like Drotaverine and probiotics along with these (please obtain the necessary prescription from your local physician).
Meanwhile continue replacing the lost water and salts with plenty of water and Oral rehydration salts along with soft diets. Please avoid heavy, greasy meals and fizzy drinks. Using adsorbents like Isphaghul husk may also help.
If the symptoms persist, stool cultures and microscopic analysis may be needed to isolate the bug and hence to be treated accordingly.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
Regards.

It can be viral but protozoal or bacterial is more likely
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the feedback. Yes possibility of viral does exist but with the nature of stools you have mentioned even protozoal or bacterial can't be ruled out. For viral, usually only supportive therapy is the way to go and unless cultures or microscopy isn't available it's difficult to rule out the bacterial and other causes and delay in treatment isn't advisable so metronidazole and antibiotics cover is usually started alongwith probiotics. Supportive treatment like oral rehydration salts and good hydration with soft diets is to be continued anyways. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards.
