Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Pain And Loose Stool

It seems like Hepatitis. It will recover slowly.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
I saw your reports and all seem normal except for deranged Bilirubin and liver enzyme. Do you have jaundice with high colored urine and yellow eyes? The good thing is there is no abnormality found in liver or Biliary tract in Ultrasound.
It seems like Hepatitis. That would explain the pain and burning.
I suggest you get your HBsAg, Anti HCV and HIV tests done to see what kind of Hepatitis it is and the status of your immunity.
I suggest you stop all medicines and take only Glucose and take bed rest.
I usually advice only Tab Pantoprazole 40mg or Cap Omeprazole 20mg once a day before breakfast.
Have a healthy high carbohydrate diet and could take LIV 52 tablets or syrup to increase Liver health.
Most medicines get metabolized in Liver and therefore can cause damage to a stressed liver. Therefore, most medicines should be avoided.
Your appetite will improve subsequently as the liver heals up but keep eating a high carb diet, that is extremely important.
Take care and do let me know the results of the tests and if there are other queries that I can resolve.

Reports are good. Start Liv 52.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX.
Good to hear from you. Its very good that all three viral markers have come negative and there should be nothing to fear then. You should be better in a few weeks.
You have jaindice as suggested by your blood reports and therefore the darker urine. It will improve slowly.
Liv 52 should be had twice a day with a glass of water half an hour before meals.
Get your liver function tests(Bilirubin, SGOT and SGPT) repeated after 7 to 10 days and let me know and we can guide you further.
Do not worry.
You should be fine soon.
Take care.

I'm glad too to know that my reports are good. So I'll continue with consumption of Omeprazole and Liv 52 only and discontinue the other medicines that I was previously consuming.
Another thing. Can you tell me which foods I should specifically avoid?
You should avoid high protein containing foods.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You should continue with this treatment for at least two weeks and probably longer.
Foods that you should avoid are those containing high proteins like pulses, meat, beans and paneer.
Concentrate on high carbohydrate diets which contain simple sugars and are easy for the liver to metabolize. Rest all can be consumed without any problems.
Take care.
