Brief Answer:
Repeat tests.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Usually viral fever extends to 5-7 days only.
If your fever is persistent for more then 10 days you would need to get further investigations done.
Widal test should be repeated as it comes positive only after 7 days of fever.
I would recommend you following tests:
1. Complete blood count.
2. Widal test
3. Urine routine
4. Chest X-ray
5. Ultrasound Abdomen.

Get these tests done to rule out urine infection, pneumonia, typhoid fever.

It's very unlikely to be malaria as fever would have responded to the anti malarial given to you.

So get the tests done and write back to me with reports.

If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
No fever no problem.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend if your fever has reduced to 98.5 degree farenhiet then this is absolutely normal and you might be simply having post viral headache that responds well to adequate fluid consumption , Paracetamol.

If you have any further query, please ask me.
