Brief Answer:
ent examination and x-ray chest

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I see similar cases among st young people who visit my clinic. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is it associated with fever or wheeze ? Is there any breathlessness ?

As per your details, it looks like infective one. you require antibiotics, depending on the examination finding. I suggest you to to consult ENT surgeon and get detailed ent and respiratory system examination (infective source could be from sinuses or throat). If necessary x ray chest and blood tests (this can be decided by your treating doctor).

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
