Brief Answer:
Take pain killers and rest, may require antihypertensive

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The blood pressure is high and needs evaluation and control. Salt restricted, medications is required.
For headache you can take pain killers if the headache is of recent onset and not very severe.
Is there any symptoms of nausea, vomiting, visual complains, seizure, loss of consciousness?
If not releived by pain killers then consult a doctor. You need separate evaluation and treatment for blood pressure.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
