Suggest Treatment For Phimosis In A Diabetic Patient

Question: I am a diabetic man an I have tight foreskin an when I try to pull the skin back it splits an bleeds a little, an hurts a lot what can I do other than get circumcised

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Phimosis.

The only treatment for Phimosis is to undergo Circumcision.or Dorsal slit where foreskin is incised on dorsal side so that it ca be retracted completely over glans penis .However cosmetic results of Dorsal slit surgery are disappointing and not favoured by most ogf the patients.

Where as Circumcision is simple surgery done under local anaesthesia and offers permanent cure.

Since you are not able to retract foreskin you need to get circumcised so that you can have penetrative and enjoyable sex..
