Suggest Treatment For Phimosis
Question: Hi Doctor ,
I am 26 years old and recently tried to have intercourse for first time,but i faced these issue while intercourse and i think the fungi (not sure) on my penis has something to do with it (image attached).
1)When my partner suck my penis ,I'm not able to sense her licking that much .Im only turning on with the imagination. I think this numbness is happening because of the some infection .Is it so ?
2)There is muscle attached to the foreskin and the tip of the penis ,because of which im not able to do skin out and insert into her vagina ,When i get turned on the Tip tries to come out but due to the muscle attached its not able and i feel uncomfort to proceed

I think your problem would be Phimosis or the skin over the glans penis called the prepuce which is not retracting. If in the erect state the skin does not come back or retract to expose the entire glans penis then you have Phimosis. The photos do not clarify whether you have Phimosis.
In any case you should see a Surgeon who can examine you and advice you. If Phimosis is there then you might require some minor surgery. Both your problems are likely to be related to it.

What about the white and red patches on some part of the Penis and lower part of it ?. I feel very less sensation over there(I could rarely sense .Is there any cream i can apply to it ?
