Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

Question: more than a year ago - I discovered that I had some rashes on my foreskin -
this prevented me from having 'intercourse' - but I continue to masturbate
periodically .
after masturbating - I realise that that rashes become more noticeable -
also, I see a 'creamish-whitish' substane under my foreskin and under' the rim of the penis head -
I sometimes have difficulty in 'unfolding' the foreskin and pulling it back fully - but often times I am able to do this ..
what do you think is the problem ? has it happened due to 'over-masturbation' or ?
whats the solution ?

Brief Answer:
Phimosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
You are suffering from phimosis.
This can be caused by infection,and/or trauma. The rashes are also because of minor abrasions after masturbation.
The solution for this is to keep your penis clean by washing it with plenty of water and keep applying soothing cream.
If it does not get better then surgery is the best solution for this.
Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.

what type of soothing cream should i use..? and how long will this cream take to heal the problem..? finally if surgery is required then what type of surgery will this be..?
Brief Answer:
Circumcision.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I to my patients in my clinic advice silver sulfadiazine cream.
They are benefited by this, though time taken is variable.
Get your blood sugar also checked, because diabetics are more prone to have this.
If creams do not work then they have to go for circumcision.
It is a minor procedure.
Hope I have answered your query.
