Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

Question: Iam a 20 years old boy. First time when I had intercourse it led to a terrible pain due to which I was not abl to ejaculate.foreskin doesnt retract easily. Please advise

Thanks for writing to us.

Your narration suggests that you seem to have phimosis.
Phimosis refers to the inability to retract the distal foreskin over the glans penis.
During intercourse if foreskin stretched forcefully it causes severe pain.

There are two options to treat this condition.

With use of topical steroid gradual manual retraction foreskin can be retracted easily behind glans after few days.

If this method does not succeed, circumcision is minor surgery in which foreskin is removed.

You should consult general surgeon to evaluate severity of phimosis and treatment.
