Brief Answer:
Medicine and endoscopic banding are options
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I suggest that you start the medications prescribed by your doctor. In case there is no recurrence of bleeding, surgery is not needed. If bleeding recurs then surgery is an option , alternatively endoscopic banding can be an option if the piles are internal piles.
Hope this helps
