Suggest Treatment For Pill Esophagitis
Pill Esophagitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
It is most likely a case of pill esophagitis. Its highly unlikely that the pill is stuck in your trachea. To be sure you can go to an ENT emergency unit. An x ray can be advised to look for any foreign body/object/pill. If one is found , bronchoscopic removal can be done. However, pill esophagitis fits better based on your description. Esomeprazole and Sucralfate can be advised for a quicker recovery. Avoid hot liquids and take softer foods for a few days. While taking a tablet , sit in an upright position and take plenty of water with it to flush it down thoroughly.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You need to relax. I know easier said than done. But based on what you are describing it does not seem to be in the respiratory tract which includes the trachea. Its pill esophagitis and would require the simple treatment that I explained in the previous answer. However one should be sure about the diagnosis which cannot be the case unless you go to an E.R to examine you and advise an x ray. Go to a hospital near you to have peace of mind.
