Question: I have a white puss filled pimple on the tip of my penis right beard I the urethral im worried, can you feel me what it could be. It is one single pimple not a cluster and the liquid is white not clear.

I would advise you the following:
- Send me a picture / photograph as attachment as YYYY@YYYY
- Give me more history. Has this come on its own or you had a sexual encounter with someone.
- For how many days is it present.
- Have you consulted any Specialist Doctor ?

Consult a Dermatologist (Skin Specialist) or an Urologist.
Get a proper course of an antibiotic.
Get blood, urine tests.
Apply Liquid Povidone iodine locally after the the pus is given for the testing.
