Brief Answer:
Herpes never causes boils..It causes ulcers common on genitals, not buttock

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these boils that you have reported and all the disturbing thoughts this has caused you. Herpes often affect the genitals and not the buttocks. Also, it causes clean ulcers and not boils. Boils are suggestive of bacteria infections with the most common germ being staphylococcus. Abscesses may become more common if your personal hygiene suffers some lapses. please, look into it and make corrections if lapses are identified.

How often do you get these boils? When was the last time you had something like this? Do you have an image you can upload for review.

I hope this clarifies your worries and provide information for you to act on. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information if the need arises. Thanks for using our services.
