Question: Hi Im XXXXXXX For the last several years I have had pimples and some puss filled boils on my buittocks. I haven't noticed any other symptoms. I would honestly hope it is not herpes or something, seeing how Ive had very little sex in my life.

Also, it causes clean ulcers and not boils. Boils are suggestive of bacteria infections with the most common germ being staphylococcus. Abscesses may become more common if your personal hygiene suffers some lapses. please, look into it and make corrections if lapses are identified.
