Brief Answer:
Salicylic acid based cleanser+clindamycin+adapalene for active acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have understood it.

You have mentioned 2 concerns: Acne and Acne scars

Oily skin is prone to acne, specially in hot and humid climate.
I suggest you to use a Salicylic acid based cleanser, twice daily.
Salicylic acid reduces skin oil and is exfoliating, therefore benefits acne.
It is available OTC as well as on prescription of a dermatologist.
"Neutrogena Oil Free Cleanser" contains salicylic acid and is an OTC Brand. You may try to find it from a drug store near you.

Topically you may use clindemycin phosphate 1% gel.
Topical Clindamycin phosphate 1% gel is useful for inflammatory acne i.e acne that is red, pustular, painful, nodular etc.
You may continue with it. Use it as a spot treatment over active acne during day time, once or twice daily.

At night I suggest you to use Adapalene 0.1% gel over the acne prone/ affected area.
Use it as a thin film over the acne prone area. Do not rub.
Adapalene is comedolytic and therefore prevents new acne formation while also treating existing ones.
On account of its comedolytic action, Adapalene gel can also be used as a maintenance treatment to keep your acne under control.

Oral antibiotics e.g doxycycline, minocycline, azithromycin etc may also be started for inflammatory acne.

Acne is a chronic condition therefore treatment of acne can sometimes last for months or years.

Treatment of acne is modified from time to time according to the severity and response to treatment.

General measures that also prove beneficial in acne include...

Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Avoiding high calorie foods like chocolates, sweets, coke, ice creams, pizzas, pasta etc
Avoid picking your acne as this might result in unsightly marks
Avoid moisturizers and sunscreens that may be too greasy Or oily.
Avoiding facials and make up as much as possible.

Acne scars can be improved by various minor procedures like chemical peeling, dermabrasion, fractional Co 2 Laser, microneedling, subcision etc.

I suggest that you visit a dermatologist who would asses the severity of your acne and acne scars and advice accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Try an OTC antifungal shampoo

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Dandruff is a common cause for increased hair shedding. Controlling dandruff would help control hair fall too.
You may try an OTC ketoconazole shampoo e.g Nizoral, which contains 1% ketoconazole.
Lather it well into the scalp and allow to act for 5-7 minutes before rinsing it off.
Use it thrice weekly.
Though prescription brands of antifungal shampoos contain 2% ketoconazole and are more effective.
