
Suggest Treatment For Pimples In Armpit While On Mupirocin

Question: Hi doctor,
I've visited a dermatologist and he told me that this is just a normal pimples on my armpit and i was perscribed with Mupirocin ointment & Clindamycin hydrochloride antibiotics. It's been 3 days but the recovery progress is very slow and i am very anxious.
Can you take a look at the picture i uploaded and advise me? I would like a second opinion as well...
Is this HIV rash? Ive had a unprotected blow jobs with an escort 8 weeks ago but these acne on my underarm only showed up last 2 weeks ago.
Please advise.
