Suggest Treatment For Pimples In The Penis

Question: I had a mild pimples in my penis and inwent to a dermatoligst he gave this oinment and after applying oinment i got penis discoloration and later i got burning sensation. I might have applied only for 5 days roughly 7 times and then now my fear is will it be a penis cancer. Attached all photo before and after oinment. Pls help me first 2 snaps are before and last 2 now. I move my foreskin frequesnty to check.

Based on the photographs that you have uploaded and the facts that you have posted It seems that you have infection of glans penis may be transmitted through sexual intercourse by vaginal secretions of your wife .She is likely to have Vaginitis .

At the outset I can state with confidence that it is not a penile cancer at all as cancer of penis never presents like the picture that you have uploaded .

Get your wife examined by a qualified Gynecologist .

Discoloration of glans is mostly due to ointment that yoy have applied .

I would suggest you to take antibiotic like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm Betadine twice daily .

Ensure to avoid sexual contacts till it heals up completely .

Can docycyclin reduce burning sensation and are u sure its not penis cancer. Can doxy take care of my gland infection. More than 20 days over. Took a course of some other antibiotic. You have replied me for same query 20 days back. Can this discoloration of skin cause burning sensation. I used oonment very few roughly 3 to 4 days only .

Doxicycline is commonly prescribed to treat genital infections.It will take care of Ballanitis .

Fear of cancer reason is. I mostly wont clean my penis my moving my forwskin. Even after sex inwont clean it. I sleep very tiered. So this is the reason i asked.

Sir if i keep my fore skin retracted and kept i dont feel burning sensation. Can it b kept retracted and kepnforblingbtime. What may b the reason .

Consult your urologist and get examined whether there are ant cracks or fissure on foreskin or to rule out any infection (Posthatitis).

You may apply local anesthetic jelly (Xylocaine )over glans penis and replace the foreskin .
