Suggest Treatment For Pimples Near The Anal Opening

default
Posted on Mon, 5 Dec 2016
Question: I have this bumps like pimples near my but hole. It's not the first time this happened, my father used to have the similar then when he was my age. It hurts to walk, bend and even wash ( it burns when washing) what could it be? I use sometimes public washrooms at work? And of course whenever wiping it, blood comes out. Not from my butt, but rather from my Pimples. It"s more a lump then a pimple, but it goes away after like a week. Is there any cream or something i can do. Other then washing it everytime i go to the washroom.

Brief Answer:
External hemorrhoids likely, get confirmed by General Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to be describing a condition called External hemorrhoids also called piles. They are like thrombosed veins filled with clotted blood and they grow in size to cause such pain. small to medium veins reduce by themselves over time spontaneously. However regular toileting, smooth consistency of bowels helps prevent recurrences.
You can use TRONOLONE cream and Hydrocortisone 1% rectal cream alternatively every 4 hours when seem to have starting pain.
You should actually get the diagnosis confirmed by local examination and rectal examination by General surgeon.
