Brief Answer:
The image was probably missed out. Please reattach
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Congrats on having a baby. In newborns, there is an entity called neonatal acne which are pretty normal to occur and nothing needs to be done about it. I would better be able to comment had there been an image attached but I see none. I would really appreciate if you could upload an image using the facility on the upper right of this page.
I would wait for your response.

Hi Sir,
I have attached the images. Please have a look at these. Sometimes these pimples increases, sometimes decreases so were bit worried. Hopefully after having a look at images, you will be in better position to comment on it.

Brief Answer:
It is harmless. Not a cause of worry.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response. I have checked the attached images and indeed it seems to be neonatal acne. Usually they disappear on their own in a few months and do not require any treatment. Please do not apply the over the counter creams that are meant for adolescent acne.
You need not worry about them. Please do not grow apprehensive.
