Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Face And Neck
Question: Hi..
Sometime like when I visited cold place pimple come out on my face and neck. It takes 2 to 3 month to reduce and the worst part is it is very different from usual pimple in size as well as to cure it. Please help me. I am sick of these pimple and am 25 years old. I am also allergy from honey, aloe Vera and need.

Pimples of face generally appears due to obstruction and blockage in ducts draining the sebaceous glands.
On exposure to cold, skin gets dried up and constriction of blood vessels occurs leading to appearance of Pimples or acne
You need not to worry I will definitely help you in best possible way
I would like further information to guide you even better
If you can upload a photograph, that will be very helpful to advise you about course of treatment
does it heal with scarring or just sheds off without leaving any mark on the face?
any relevant medical history like constipation or indigestion
In my opinion you should apply a good moisturiser very frequently during your visit to cold places.

Looking at your photograph or seems to be a treatable condition most probably it could be acne vulgaris or infected acne
SInce i can't physically examine you to get more clues so i would advise you to visit a dermal for close check up and blood investigations like Blood for hemoglobin CBC and liver function test.
Meanwhile please don't touch it or press it
you can was your face with an antiseptic face wash and keep it clean
You should apply clindamycin ointment with a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
Avoid spicy and junk food
have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Plenty of fluids like fruit juices and lemon water
