Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Pubic Area

default
Posted on Wed, 8 Apr 2015
Question: I have these large XXXXXXX like pimples in my pubic area. They are sore to the touch but have not developed a head on them. One is very large and painful. I know it not from sex as I haven't been with a woman for three years. The only thing I've done different is switch to boxers and began riding a stationary bike at the gym.

Brief Answer:
Take treatment for follicular infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The kind of lesion you have developed might be lesions of folliculitis. These can develop due to sweating and moisture.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to reduce sweating and further infection.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area twice daily after thoroughly cleaning the area.
You might a short course of oral antibiotics like azithromycin if the infection tends to persist.
