Question: I have a pimply rash on my right leg right under the left side of my knee. It hurts and it looks like big acne almost with big painful pimples with whiteheads

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
It looks like you have developed few lesions of skin folliculitis.
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
