Brief Answer:
Vascular problems should be considered too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

By nerve test you mean nerve conduction study and EMG, right?

If this resulted negative, it is not the nerve damage that is causing your symptoms.

Vascular problems such thrombosis of artery or vein of the leg should be considered and evaluated further.

It is necessary to get done Doppler ultrasound of your leg to evaluate this possibility.

This issue could be discussed with a vascular Surgeon.

If you didn't had nerve conduction study, discuss with your primary care Doctor about having it done.

Pinched nerve may result from spinal condition too, such herniated disc disease of lumbosacral spine.

Treatment depends on the diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
