Brief Answer:
Complete placenta previa

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
At 35 weeks and complete placenta previa , you should ideally be admitted in the hospital to administer complete bed rest in your case and observation, simply because in such cases where you have already bled many a times, your chances of bleeding again further increases as baby grows further. Your immediate target for continuation of pregnancy would be 37 weeks to reach term and you should be doing minimal activities not more than using the loo for abolutions. You should be resting in left lateral position most of the time till 37 weeks. No intercourse for sure. No bending down to reach things. Avoid household work. Just rest.
By 37 weeks , a scan can be done to reassess the weight of the foetus and placental condition and then according a week extra may be added to gestation, but everything has to be in supervision.
Staying at home, puts you under stress of walking or driving to hospital. In my personal practice experience a hospital admission till delivery ( which would be a cesarean section) gives better foetal and maternal outcomes.
Don,t stress up, just relax and rest.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
FOETAL LUNGS MATURE BY 34 WEEKS so there is no worry regarding that as you have already crossed that. The immediate target of 37 weeks is to reach term when musculoskeletal growth is complete and weight is stabilised to allow baby to survive in the external environment. Duvadilan is being given to prevent any onset of uterine contractions as that can cause start of bleed. You cannot be allowed to go in labour at all. So best is cooperate by 37-38 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Pause is not harmful but prevents any undue bleed.
Amniotic fluid discharge will be like gush of fluid coming out of vaginal and not in small discharges . This can be confirmed actually with a litmus paper test where blue litmus turns pink.
