Thankyou.but you suggested for pain rilef.can u suggest permanent solution
Hi doctor ,
My profession (Lecturer in corporate college) demands to stay stand for 6 hours in a day , so am not able to avoid that, even after foot relief , I couldn't walk across the rooms in the house. I can't manage having medicines (Paracetomol) for all the 365 days right? Is there any permanent solution for this?
Definitely , I would plan to have comfortable In-sole to my shoe. Any specific Ortho support recommendation would be useful.

Brief Answer:
This is temporary
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Plantar fascitis is temporary and it will have remissions and exacerbations. Whenever there is increased problem you can take Paracetmol.
There is no permanent fix that helps. It has to be managed whenever there are symptoms. Certainly steroid injections help relief up to 6 months. In soles are important part of its remision. Physical therapy including massages have great relief. Customised soles are coming these days you may ask your Orthopedic surgeon if he has contacts.
