Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis

Soft soled footwear, calf stretching exercises, ice, pain killer, injection
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
Plantar fascitis occurs because of degenerative changes in the plantar fascia and tight calf muscles.
It is advisable to do calf muscle stretching exercises, wearing soft soled shoes, applying ice or hot pack at the inner aspect of your Base of feet. Use a foot drop splint when you sleep as this keeps the calf muscles stretched at night and less chance of pain the next day.
Take pain killers for 5 days, twice a day after meals. Keep well hydrated. Do daily exercise to avoid obesity.
If you still have pain after 15 days, you may need a steroid injection near the base of your heel.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
