Suggest Treatment For Plaque Psoriasis
Question: its dermatology case,
i am 28 years old, Male . since two month i felt some dryness in my right leg , and some time etching. after shower always feel its too hot skin in the same area spot , i used some cream like Dove and Vinea to make it soft , but after one month that spot hair start fall . now as you see in the photos , it dry , etch some time ,blood when i scratch , no hair , this is making me to much terrified .

I can see a dry, red patch on shin with silvery white scaling. I would keep a possibility of Plaque Psoriasis.
I suggest you to use a paraffin based moisturizer e.g parasoft cream, twice daily. Over that you may use a potent topical steroid cream e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream (Tenovate cream), twice daily.
In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10 mg once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
