Chest X-ray shows that lungs are clearing up
With deep breaths lungs are ok but yes I certainly stimulate the pain in my back

The pain is due to the stimulation of the peripheral nerves, resulting in the pain. The pain is going to be present as long as the infection is present sir. As you are still on antibiotics, and the lungs are clearing up, the infection should soon subside.
But you can expect the pain to be present as long as the infection is there, and for a while longer. The relief comes from pain relief medication sir (e.g. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.), but I prefer you get a prescription from your doctor for pain killers sir as your doctor knows your physical condition and tolerance best.
For your other question sir, the pain usually remains as long as the infection does sir. In some cases, the pain lasts for a while even after the infection.
Pneumonia is serious business, and many individuals get re-infected resulting in pain arising even after complete resolution shown on a previous X-ray. Some individuals experience complications of pneumonia like pleurisy, bronchitis, etc; all resulting in the reappearance of pain in the chest and back regions again.
