Brief Answer:
You have nonspecific poly arthralgia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you have non specific poly arthralgia.

I want to know some questions about it.

1.Since when you have this pain?
2.Whether you have more pain on rest or on movements/activity?
3.Whether it occur after fever or other disease?
4.Whether movements of joints are normal or restricted?
5.Whether You have fever now?
6.Are joints swollen?

I advise you to do following test to know the cause:-

1.ESR,TLC,DLC
2.C Reactive protein.
3.Rheumatoid factor test.
4.Vitamin D3 test.

Till then I treat empirically such persons coming to my clinic by:-

1.analgesic such as Diclofenac
2.Becomplex and Vitamin C
3.Vitamin D3( if it is low)
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
