Suggest Treatment For Polymorphous Light Eruptions On Skin

I have sun burns on my hands due to PMLE and it usually gets worse during peak summers. After using sunscreen it has been controlled to a large extent, however every now and then I see these burns appearing on hands, face and neck.
Last year I had applied Halovate cream I believe to these sunburns, could you please look at the pictures and recommend the right course of action.
Thanks in advance!
Sunscreen with 50 spf
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
PMLE is an allergic reaction to sunlight.
There is no permanent cure for this.
Whenever the sunlight is strong this reaction flares up.
The best treatment for this is using a sunscreen with spf 50 daily.
Use sunscreen throughout the year.
Expose your skin to sunlight in winters.
This will desensitise the skin and prevent strong flare up in summer.
This is called as hardening effect.
Try to wear full clothes or use an umbrella in summers this will protect the skin from direct sunlight.
Start using a strong steroid when you feel the itching for first time.
This will prevent spread of lesions.
Later you can use steroid cream as on required basis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you.

With regards to the steroid to use can I apply Halovate cream or is there any other cream you would like to recommend. There is no itching on these sunburns at the moment.
You can use halovate
