Did a CT scan last week no blockage. Going in Monday for a Ultra Sound. Don't expect much. He put me on Linezz 290 and it did nothing. I am taking Milk of magnesia every night. I go but have a feeling of not cleaning out. Feel like I have to go all the time. I am not hungery and don't care about eating. I can't go anywhere because of I have no energy, and feel sick. I am afraid there nothing that can be done and worry about it. I just hope there is help some where. If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks very much. XXXXXXX . Brief Answer:
Removal of the polypi.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback, Sir.

History and findings and treatment history noted.

I am of the opinion is that due to the presence of 6 polyps in the colon are acting as instigating force for causing the feeling of '' I go but have a feeling of not cleaning out. Feel like I have to go all the time'' which you have mentioned.

This feeling will definitely take away the hunger.

I have a feeling ( and a bit sure about this) that the removal of these polypi will solve your problem to a large extent. Please ask/ request your Gatroenterologist to excise them all. This is possible endoscopically ( colonoscopy) with the help of clips, cautary and so. If He has no such facilities you can always ask for second opinion and treatment by another gastroenterologist.

Please continue Milk of magnesia and Linezz as advised. Take a full diet ( except for the foods and beverages you know that cause you problems).

Try to be tension-free- this has a direct bearing in outcome of the treatments. Do nothing against the will and wish of mind. This has a direct positive effect in IBS.

I hope I have tried to give you an appropriate solution on medical, theoretical and practical basis.

Please feel free to ask more if you need any further assistance.

Brief Answer:
Stress busters needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Well, this is a good news that all the polypi have been removed and there is no cancer.

Since you are already taking the medicines for the IBS-C, we have to think differently.

You need to increase your intake of fibers in the diet. Avoid all foods and beverages which you must have experienced to cause constipation. Please ask your Doctor if he can add a mild anxiety relieving medicine. Regular exercises suitable for your age, meditation , stress relieving activities, and as I have already mentioned * Try to be tension-free- this has a direct bearing in outcome of the treatments. Do nothing against the will and wish of mind. This has a direct positive effect in IBS.

Regards,
