Question: Hi i have recieved a varicose vein surgery in my penis in the past and I believe the varicose vein has popped what should I do?

Penis is very unusual site of varicose. It is much more likely to be varicose vein of testicular veins.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me following additional information

1. When was surgery performed. Providing discharge summary will be helpful

2. What symptoms or complaints do you have

3. Providing clinical photographs will be helpful

I believe you are corect it was a testicular varicose vein i still feel that something popped where the top of my penis meets my pelvic or lower abdomen area reach. The surgery was 7 years ago when i was 14

It is unlikely to be due to recurrence of varicose vein. Exact cause for your symptoms can only be attributed by clinical examination. A routine assessment by your primary care physician will be more reassuring. If there is no swelling at testis or just above testis and there is no redness of overlying skin then there is no cause for concern.
