Suggest Treatment For Post Inflammatory Hypopigmentation
Question: I took the attached antibiotics and it helps only to remove the white spots for almost a week and then return back again

I have gone through your other dermatological queries.Your case history suggest you have either scalp psoriasis or seborrehic dermatitis.
White spot in my opinion is most probably suggest post inflammatory hypopigmentation.You need not to continue antibiotics for this.You can apply placentrex gel two to three times in a day followed by sun exposure.Do continue with your antifungal lotions.

Placentrex is a cream made from fresh human placentral extract. It is available in cream, lotion and gel. It is available worldwide. Lotion or gel will be better. In my opinion it has good results in covering white patches.Only thing you need is long term application may be 2 to 3 months. I always use this cream in my practice for patients having white patches. It is free from side effects.
