Brief Answer:
URTI -- Symptomatic treatment, UTI -- needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query .
Based on the information I feel you have upper respiratory tract infection and UTI.

For URTI -- it is usually viral in nature and requires only symptomatic .

Presently I would suggest you to avoid cold food, oily food, smoking if you do for few days.
Salt water gargling 3 to 4 times a day for few days.
Drink plenty of water especially warm water.
Early morning drink glass of warm water and tea spoon of honey.
Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, three to four times a day.
In case of nasal congestion, you can use nasal decongestant like otrivin.
Suck lozenges like strepsil or cofsil few times a day. You should be good with this measures.

UTI -- I would recommend you to get an urine routine examination done. For now take plenty of water and drink cranberry juice. Requirement of antibiotic can be decided based on the investigation report.

Hope this helps, if you have any further queries, I'll be glad to address them

Take care
