Brief Answer:
You may need Xray Paranasal sinuses and antihistamines with antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you have got signs of infection in maxillary sinuses which are below cheek bones and this may have been extended due to upper implant procedures. You may need to have complete blood count for WBC increase and Xray Paranasal sunrises or CT scan for more details.

Since antibiotics aren't working well more appropriate approach will be due to get culture and senstitivity of that post nasal drip or secretions and select antibiotics based in its report.

Meanwhile using analgesics or anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen alongwith anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine will help. Till then continue using emperical antibiotics like augmentin or azithromycin may work. Take steam inhalations and hot beverages and keep your head and face warm.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you don't have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
