Brief Answer:
This is known as premature ejaculation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears more of a premature ejaculation as you are not lasting for enough duration during sexual activity.

Before we make any conclusions I request you to provide following details.

1. Your duration of problem
2. How the problem started whether it was on off or continous from beginning?
3. Frequency of the problem in a week or in a month out of what number of sexual interactions were failure in a month.
4. What are the factors that increase the problem?
5. Factors that relieve the problem- thoughts, situations, partner, place etc
6. Do you get early morning erection
7. If yes how frequent and is there any difference from previous level ?
8. Your marital status and partner details- Is she very critical, demands sex more than what can you think, does she feel superior to you?
9. Effect on your relationship so far
10. Details of medical illness, if any
11. Medications you are receiving currently, if any

Once you post these details I will try to analyze the cause of it and will suggest you accordingly.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
You need to exercize kegel

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks fort reverting back to me.

AS I can see there is no problem with erection but you get problem due to performance anxiety resulting from fear of failure.
It is natural because all blood is drawn to your anxiety centres leading to less blood available for your penis.
I am sure that once you stop thinking that there is no problem you will feel much better. Every day erection in the morning indicates that you do not have any inherent problem as it occurs at the time when your mind is not worrying.

Regarding premature ejaculation you need to exercise Kegel method. It is difficult for me to explain here but you can google and do it at least 30 times for three times a day counting to 90 contractions per day. This will help you in maintaining your stamina for longer interval.

Other than you can use dapoxetine with consultation from your doctor for Premature ejaculation.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Brief Answer:
Mediation and exercise can help you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Operation are available for erection problem but not for premature ejaculation. Other than that they are done in case all other methods get failed.

Since your condition can be treated with help of medications and exercise, I doubt any doctor will think of operation in your case. The reason for this is because operation are associated with significant problems and risks.

I hope you understand the point.
Thanks and regards
