Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation And Watery Semen
Question: Hi sir am frequently masterbating from my college days and recently am married. The problem for me is my penis becomes very small and sperms ejected out as water type. Is there is any serious problem for me and how could it can be resolved. Please help me out

As per your description I would make a provisional diagnosis of premature ejaculation.Premature ejacualation means ejaculation by husband before his wife has a chance to experience pleasure.This is seen in individual who masturbate extensively and also in those who watch porn.
I would recommend to gradually wean from these habits in case you may have one to overcome your problem.
One of the most promising methods that I would always suggest my patients is Conseling and sex therapy.This ideally involves the couple (both partners) where first step is to attempt to relieve any underlying performance pressure on the male.A couple of techniques which are instructed in sex therapy include stop-start or squeeze-pause technique.These normally relieve the underlying anxiety, helps in better understanding between the couple and improve performance.
