Brief Answer:
premature ejaculation can be treated, don't use condom if want to be father

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Premature ejaculation can be treated.

Treatment for PME:

Medicines:
Clomipramine and Paroxetine are choice of medicines which are used as antidepressants (For depression dose is higher).
I prefer Clomipramine for PME. No significant side effects with these medicines. Initially say for 0-30 days daily after dinner and later on just on the day when you do the sex.
Paroxetine is more potent but it may cause side effects like headache, gastric discomfort, giddiness and sedation. In patients with blood pressure it should be used in consultation with physician/cardiologist.

One molecule called Dapoxetine has been used specifically for PME and should be taken before 2 hours of sex when required.
These medicines are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/psychiatrist/sexologist for prescription.

Behavioral approaches are as follows for your information:

1. Stop and Squeeze technique can be applied which you can learn from internet and ask me if any query in that.(In brief, method suggests that you should try to divert your mind for a moment when you feel ejaculation arousal and penis should be tightly squeezed with hand inwards by your partner preferably).

2. Kegel exercise also helps in some cases. You can learn the same from internet.

3. Sex counselling of your sexual behavior and methods. Like if you are down and female partner on top, gravity is going to help you for lengthening the time.

4. You should do masturbation before sex (at least 2 hours before ). It will make seminal vesicles somewhat empty and at time of sex semen will take more time to come out.

Another approach:
-Use of condoms. Sometime use of condom, while sex, helps in delaying ejaculation by reducing sensitivity of glans penis.

--Topical application of lignocaine anesthetic gel/spray. For this you have to consult doctor.

Confido is an ayurvedic product and recommended for premature ejaculation.
You can take it with milk every day for 2 months.

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend clomipramine and confido at present with behavioral approach whichever applicable.

Actually with condom pregnancy is not possible. I would like to explain you about the procedure for pregnancy.

Pregnancy occurs when sperm meets ovum in uterus. Ovulation from ovary occurs roughly around 14th day of menstrual cycle (when menses begins count it 1st day)in 28 days cycle. Pregnancy can occur in +/- 2 days of ovulation.

I am not telling 100% as we cannot predict length of cycle and ovulation date with 100% accuracy. One good idea is using ovulation kit. This will help to identify the day of ovulation.
Sperms can live there in uterus for 4-5 days. In female if ovulation has occurred just before a day or after 3 days of sex possibility is there that ovum and sperm can meet successful and female conceives.

Also make attempt of sex after 3 days of abstinence around day of ovulation. This will allow more amount of semen accumulation in seminal vesicles. Garlic and cow milk-ghee are the products which can improve semen volume.

To become pregnant female should remain in supine (lying down/sleeping) position for at least an hour (preferably whole night) after successful intercourse so sperms can reach deep in to cervix or uterus. After successful ejaculation in vagina she should raise her legs with help of support or just bent her legs in the way that her knees touch to her breasts. This position for half an hour will help sperms to reach deep in to cervix and increases chances of pregnancy.

Hope you are clear now. You should not use condom if you want to be father. Yes, condom does not cause any side effect on future child.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Brief Answer:
Clofranil or Clonil

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Confido is an ayurvedic supplement. You can go alone for Clomipramine. You can search brand name of Clomipramine 10 mg with Clonil and Clofranil. However to purchase you need to have prescription. I am sorry online prescription is not valid. You can just ask your family doctor to write prescription for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Then only Clomipramine

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I guess there will be difficulty in getting confido there. So Clomipramine is good option. In USA it is likely available as Enalapril.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
